The title pretty much sums it up. Last night we managed to defeat the Blood Queen Lana'thel after just 5 short attempts, sending her and her metro-sexual melf posse packing. This nabs us another Icecrown Citadel wing server first, and the only kill on the server for that raid lockout. So great effort guys and give yourself a pat on the back! But, don't get too comfortable because there are still a lot more challenges ahead. :o

As of January 12, 2010 <Blur> officially celebrates its first anniversary! Originally formed by a small ragtag group of friends with very little endgame raiding experience, we have managed to create a top ranked guild on Tichondrius. Thanks to everyone who helped create <Blur> and thanks to those who continue to maintain our positive and polite attitudes which have gained us a small measure of recognition on the server. MUCHO KUDOS-O. (That's "Much Kudos" for our Mexican members). Also a warm thanks to all the random folk in Dalaran who mounted up and added to THE MONSTROSITY of our celebration!

But the fun doesn't end there! Aside from it being our first anniversary we also managed to nab our first pseudo realm first by getting the server first kill on Professor Putricide! Our enthusiasm for finally managing to beat one of the top guilds to the punch was properly displayed by Tooya's pasty white orc butt. Grats to everyone who put in the effort and in case it was hard to tell, Tooya is not the gorilla to the right lolol.

The title says it all... after a lot of mistakes we finally get our Tribute to Insanity. Though it came late, we're proud of being able to claim this achievement and remain among the top guilds on Tichondrius. Grats to everyone who was there, and thanks to Vanner for being our ghetto tricksing "rogue"! I think many of us can agree that getting this achievement was beginning to drive us mad with the constant DC's, minor mistakes, and my nerd raging over vent :x. So thanks to all who stuck it out and put up with me! :D

Take a deep breath and relax, because soon we'll be seeing you goobers in Heroic Icecrown Citadel. *cackle*

After many attempts full of trial and error, we finally manage to bring down the big, fat, glorified palmetto bug. Grats to those who attended and a special thanks to Razzereign from The Core for subbing in for our other little bug, Roly, who was probably in a food coma during that night :x. Thanks to everyone who offered input, spent the time needed to flesh out our problems, and our loving cheerleaders (the casuals) for urging us on and keeping us motivated-- whom I'm fairly certain they cheered harder than we did that night lol. Rayelin would also like to extend her personal thanks to her appendix for foregoing it's bursting long enough to see this bug's demise.

Time for an update! Grats to everyone who helped progress through hardmodes and put in the time and effort to down our latest kill: One Light in the Darkness! We have steadily progressed from hardmode to hardmode and have done so on an almost weekly basis. We have progressed from being a no-name guild to being within the very top guilds on Tichondrius. We've gone from being completely unknown, to being #13 with our first Yogg kill, and now we've shot up to #2 on Horde-side and #3/4 overall on the server. Currently 8/9 Ulduar hardmodes while working on Heroic ToC on the side!

We've asked for a lot from our members, but.... just one more remains. :)
